All prices are per day, continental breakfast included. Extras à la carte

Due to the private nature of  " Casa Tręs Palmeiras " and its few rooms available, following terms apply to reserve a room :

• a downpayment of 40%, out of the total amount, is required to reserve a room

• a further downpayment of 40% is required two months before arrival

•  the balance is due on your departure

• in the event of cancellation advance payments can only be refunded if the  room is taken by another party for the time reserved

Adequate insurance cover is therefore recommended

Since check-out time is 11 AM , reserved rooms can be available   from 2 PM onwards.

All bathrooms have bath-robes, magnifying mirror and hair dryer.

Beachtowels at the swimming pool available.

Major Credit cards are accepted.

" Casa Tręs Palmeiras " is closed December and January.
