Due to the private nature of " Casa Três Palmeiras " and its few rooms available, following terms apply to reserve a room :

-  a down payment of 40%, of the total amount, is required to reserve a room

-  a further down payment of 40% is required two months before arrival

-  the balance is due on your departure

-  in the event of cancellation advance payments can only be refunded if the

   room is taken by another party for the time reserved

Adequate insurance cover is therefore recommended.

Since check-out time is 11 AM , reserved rooms can be available   from 2 PM onwards.

All bathrooms have bath-robes, magnifying mirror and hair dryer.

Wi-fi is provided free of charge.

Beachtowels are available at the swimming pool.

Major Credit cards are accepted.

" Casa Três Palmeiras " is closed December and January.
